UltraScan

The UltraScan is a fully portable Full Body Ultrasonic Testing (FBUT) unit. It is Capable of ultrasonically testing from 2 3/8" up to 16" diameter pipe for longitudinal and transverse imperfections along with full length wall measurements. The UltraScan is a 16 channel unit with a pulse repetition rate of 4000 pulses per second. That translates to one pulse every 0.017" when the surface speed is 70" per second. So coverage is no issue!
