Model V012 is a versatile composite contact screw on style transducer with medium dampening. The microdot connector is not waterproof but has good water-resistant performance (non-water-soluble grease may improve performance in damp environments). The configuration exhibits excellent signal to noise ratios in a variety of conditions it is a great transducer when accuracy of detection is important on semiautomated and automated type of scanning.
