Model V025 is a versatile composite immersion style transducer with medium dampening. The microdot connector is not waterproof but has good water-resistant performance (non-water-soluble grease may improve performance in damp environments). The configuration exhibits excellent signal to noise ratios in a variety of conditions it is a great transducer when accuracy of evaluation is important. 

When 2.25 Mhz is needed look at Model V021 and for 3.5 Mhz look at Model V022.
